Here's a very scary Gyro on display at the Anchorage Air Museum that was typical of duct tape
engineering. Of particular interest is the double 5 gal pails used to store camping gear and rifle
up on top. The fuel gage running down the left side of the canopy which is marked off at various levels and the throttle Quadrant/Prerotator/rotor RPM/Engine RPM. all on skis. There is a whole lot more, so enjoy finding them all.

When I was in High School I found a Gyro overgrown by blackberry bushes on the side of a barn .
I showed it to Tommy Milton, I wish he was on here because he could tell you what happened to it .
He recovered it I think . Somebody from Chapter 18 may know what became of it . But that thing was SCARY .
I wish I had some photos of it .
