This time an Arrowcopter clone.....Just like the ELA copied Magni, and MTO copied Ela, and on and on.
No dealers in the US at this time....Hey Darren..... not an arrow copter, but...

At least it is not made in China!! But it does seem that there is very little originality going on,
There are a few that are unique, The Trixy, the Trendak/Xenon, etc.

Reminds me of the kit cars back in the day. Cheaply looking clones......I'll stick with the real deal if and when I can afford it.

I am building a 2 place after the Wolverine is done.

The Wolverine II. Got metal and an engine and some odd ball stuff I ordered for the Wolverine and could not use that I will use on the
Wolverine II.

No pics so it hasn't happened yet. Just planning.

I don't know if it will be or look unique since I copy everyone's ideas and throw in some of my own tastes to keep me happy.

I copied the Arrowcopters tail too......go figure! :D

All is good, yes it looks like a "knock off"
But hey it might be cheaper, LOL.

I have boxes of parts for projects that have not been started yet, and ones that still have to be finished, but I can tell you exactly what I have for each,... I am going to finish my single place after I fix the dominator, then I am going to finish the 2 place, then I am going to start another project out of spare parts just to sell (or keep in case a gyro buddy stops by)..

All that plastic and they still hang it from a gimbal head that is best left to gyros with a all up flying weight of 600 pounds.
That tail should be fine, as for v tails they add an adverse roll moment to the airframe that just don't feel right, an inverted v works much better.

Norm you are absolutely correct. The Russians did experiment with the V configuration that was also tall tail arrangement. Made the gyro wanting to roll more than anyone ever would like to.
They have tried to save the machine by adding an additional vertical stabilizer right down in the middle further back from the V. Then crashed it...... :noidea
In sharp turns the nose apparently tucked in pretty rapidly and the bottom of the V shape had way less clean airflow opposed to the top that made it very unevenly distributed creating an increased P factor combined with angular incidence on them.
I think that was the end result I have read about the last time....I could be mistaken since it was written in Russian.

The one thing that I do like about it is that it has a CroMoly frame...it is not a "composite" aircraft like the arrow copter or the cavalon....not that that means anything, I know that composites have been proven.
I just like a frame with skin over it. rather than a bathtub.

I don't give a phuck if the hardware is a bit mismatched... I have often had 8 holes to bolt and 7 correct bolts and have to uses something else until I cn get the right last bolt.... so Darren :fickyou :laughing and phuck the sticker too .... so here, have another one :fickyou :rofl

I'm really just mad cuz they stole my stolen idea and beat me to it by actually building and finishing it!!! :lick :eek :laughing

In any case my next build will be bad ass and I am sure i will have my detractors as well. It is just an attention to detail is the bomb
and ppl know it!! That's why I like the ArrowCopter. It's the complete package for a guy like me...whatever that means!! :laughing
