Just heard he passed his FAA knowledge test for ATP.
Now onwards to redo that pesky CFI test! ... then the checkride! .... then back to instructing !! YAY

Did they ever re-instate the ATP-gyroplane rating? I thought that was one of the classes of aircraft that you can't get ATP in any more. I knew a few of them in my time, Don Farrington was one that held ATP/G rating |

But They have one for Heli so maybe they think its a rotor craft so no need for Gyro. |
