I hope the spider was ok?
I like spiders, we have spiders called Huntsman spiders, often the size of your hand.... they run around in the house here.... if they become a nuisance, I take them outside

That's why I don't mind them running around in the house. I like looking at their eye reflection at night with a torch.... they glow red.... they are set up on the spider like an array of spotlights on an SUV
