With all the people that have been injured by sharks the US Navy has shared a test they use that has a 100% accuracy rate. For all the East Coast folks, here's an old but little-known Rescue Swimmer trick for testing the water for sharks. 100% accurate. When you go swimming, take a little handful of water and put it in your mouth. Swish it around, count to three, and spit it out. - If you taste anything salty, there are sharks in the water. |
