Other than possible airspace violation how can he be prosecuted for flying an ultralight? Calgary Alberta is Canada's version of Texas .... it is a modern Oil Town rooted in cowboy culture During the Calgary Stampede the whole place becomes a cowboy town for ten days , , lots of fun for people who like rodeos and chuck wagon races . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calgary_Stampede The balloon pilot was planning to land in the Stampede fairgrounds but the wind kept spinning him around ..... then he saw a WESTJET airliner pass underneath him and decided he better parachute down HAAAA .... !!! . |

.. Anyone visiting Calgary should take a drive 1 hour West to Lake Louise ... the Mountains are made of gold When we say .... there's gold in 'them 'there hills .... we really mean it ... haaa !!! At least it sure looks that way in the early morning when the sunrise hits the top ... . |
