Has anyone tried watching the 3rd season? I got about 20 minutes into the first episode and gave up.... I had it on series record on fox and had had 2 more episodes recorded and just deleted them and unlinked the series.... it is just so stupid for my liking.... Did anyone watch any of it or like it? |

Same here. I got away from network TV almost 12 years ago. I watch what I choose to watch instead of what the networks feed me. In the long run, it saves me money. I don't have to replace TV sets and windows all the time. |

WINDOWS USERS: These aren't the droids you are looking for. Move along...Move along. OK...for the remaining folks: You can now (finally) watch Netflix on Linux. You must use the Google Chrome Browser (not Chromium, the open-source work-alike). Only Google Chrome has the security subroutines compiled in that allow Neflix to play encrypted movies. Google currently only has ports to Ubuntu and OpenSuSE available for download, though I expect the Ubuntu version will work on most Debian-type systems and the OpenSuSE version will probably work on most RPM-based systems (CentOS, RedHat, Mandriva, etc.). You will have to download and install Google Chrome from Google's website, as it is not part of any commercial distribution at present. |
