Yes, the season lasts 365 days... out west it is 'open season' whether you use a rifle or a car.... get rid of as many as you can  Farmers hate them.... where a cow or sheep eats the green blade off grass, kangaroos eat the grass, the green, the stem and the roots.... so they kill the grass.... they leave bare patches of ground they call 'marsupial lawns' where it is back to just dirt/erosion.... so they kill grazing land so farmers cant keep as many cows, or if they get in a farmers crop, they eat or stomp over a lot of it, especially if there is 1000's of them in your crop
