Here is a few of my fave videos of people wrecking perfectly good aircraft.... feel free to add your own    You have prolly seen them all before.... bugger!  Waste of a good old chopper  Someone forgot to put the wheels down This looks like a tail rotor failure than a drunk pilot as the nong that posted it suggests... For those who think they can fly a chopper without instruction   |

. The Bell that snagged the left front skid was doing a down-wind takeoff ... at least it looked like it from the dust he stirred up when he crashed. , The guy in the R44 had his approach all planned out but at the last minute they waved him to the side where he hit the powerline .... it was a wedding party and they wanted the bride dropped off in front of the camera .... something like that ... the little distractions can get 'ya . |

I thin it was just some fool who thought they could fly a heli.... but ran out of talent.... being half off the ground and half on it is a recipe for disaster in anything rotary wing.... he should have broken ground, pointed in the right direction, gone to where he wanted to take off, then go.... to try to skid off at a 45 degree angle to where the skid was pointing was inviting a roll over If he has ever had any lessons, shoot his instructor  More likely some rich kid decided to fly dads chopper  This is a compilation, check out the red ranger trying to park amongst other aircraft.... starts at about 2:37 Here is an Osprey rolling over  |

When you fly off a busy street corner.... in a city including a rotor strike to a pickup windshield When you forget to taxi away from the hanger door to the takeoff area to take off IE: Look up before you launch! The R44 'Limbo' edition.... how low can you go? I bet you would be happy to have this guy fly your chopper He does a nice calm, safe demo |

This is a chopper down in a Brazillian village... the pilot died, but the turbine is still running The villagers try to stop the turbine.... no sign of any police or other assistance? A lot of yelling in Brazillian..... very sad  |
