This is the same manufacturer of the old C119 flying boxcar.
I jumped out of the C119 at Fort Benning.
The one way taxi to Alabama. (The drop zone was across the river from Fort Benning in Alabama)

My uncle Pat was in the Air Force , Korea flying C119s , One day flying back to Japan they had a runaway prop.
The procedure was to just bail out.
So the crew did, Damn plane continued flying till it was out of sight over the horizon, They floated in the Japan sea for three days before a patrol boat saw them

damn they were pissed :bunny .

This is the first time I've heard of a runaway prop? What is that? An uncontrollable pitch?

Yes it is. It can go to flat pitch and over speed the engine or go in reverse and wreck the plane. :bunny
