New airpark in Alberta, Canada going ahead

The dude and his wife who were talking about setting up an airpark in Alberta on the other forum, has got the goahead, so he is signing all the paperwork soon. I think he will be running bikes and buggies in one section of the airfield as well, and snow machines in the freeze. The airfield is right next to town.... would be great fun for northern US folk to visit, or trailer trips.... Man, wish I was closer
