Gabor is one of my heroes. His story of leaving that demonic driven communist country really impressed me.

I have no hard feelings for the RWF I have simply understood that the regulars don't like the light hearted posts that don't strictly relate to rotorcraft.
Nothing wrong with it. Not my cup of tea. There are no hard feelings.
If you are not wanted why go there????
There are other ways to get in touch since the social networks are now just simply exploding.
I do however like the fact that they have probably the largest most complete gyro related database.
At the same time we have all the experts here too whom we all can ask for tips.
I for one appreciate them coming here and helping us out.

Yes, congrats Gabor.

I hope to be able to contribute more in the future.

My dream nearly died a short while ago, as it's quite uphill for the poorer people here in Denmark.

In Denmark you have to buy (or buy a part in) a registered gyro to solo. And my request for a raise was not approved.

But I have hope that I can train and maybe get a gyro registered in Sweden - it's seems easier there (always have been).

I'm swinging from a Dominator back to a Gyrobee - that's probably all I'll need. And the parts I have will fit a Gyrobee.

Many happy returns on the forum anniversary!

Cheers
Erik

Erik don't give up the dream.
Sometimes when everything seems to lead to nowhere.....out of thin air the solution comes to you.
Been there, done that.
If the Syrians outnumber you guys just pack up and come over...... :)
Lots of possibilities for learning and flying :Flag :Danish
