What a great fly-in community Spruce Creek is. I flew to New Smyrna, Massey, Southerland and Spruce Creek this morning. 4 or 5 guys gathered around the moment I parked the gyro to have a cup of coffee. All really interested in the gyro and very helpful. I needed some Mogas, so the one guy ran me over to the pumps, filled up his can to bring back to the gyro. Also invited to the monthly EAA meeting there, third Thursday of every month. Just a great morning flight, again!

Yes Spruce is very nice. These are going to be my first off airport places to go....
