Ray I hope you guys get great results too.
This really is simple and doesn't make you crave or go hungry.
Once I got on with the sugar levels not spiking anymore I actually kicked it up a notch.
I have always known of an intraday fasting.
Drinking only water from 7 pm till next noon.
Easy. Coffee in the morning of course.
It did magic to my metabolism.
I actually can't believe the ease of shedding the pounds.
Of course there is a little time elapse before your body starts with the fat burning.
Give it time.
It will work!

Hahahaha......I've seen this before !!!!!

I just had a 60 ft monster tree fall on my fence and destroyed it of course and landed on my neighbors
property.

I have spent the last 4 days cutting it up and moving all the debris to my property to burn off.

I lost 15 pounds so far and it will take a couple of days for me to recuperate.

Sweat and hard work do it for me every time.

Went from 204 down to 185 lbs. I haven't weighted this since just before I went in the marines.
