Finally after two weeks, well twelve weeks it’s finally here. Now it’s time to decorate it up with some vinyl decals and a flat screen with satellite TV. It actually pulls very well with my half ton truck. Got lots to do before I can make a trip with the helicopter in it thou. I’m going to need a good generator to run the heat and air, and my six channel PA system. Just in case I want to play a little guitar out on the road. I will have to save up to buy the generator. I want a good and quiet one like a Honda or Yamaha.

Hoping next year ... we can get a goose-neck style ... so we can get camp accom up front & like Kent's / Craig MCP's ... new one ... a roof -slot tilt-over dog box over the rotor head & full length rotor box on the roof ... no crane - easy on/off ... no restringing /bolting up blades!!! First I need to decide on the truck to pull it ... replacing my geriatric 1998 caravan with a good truck ... soon! Congrats John ... that is a very nice looking rig!

I plan on coming sometime mid to late summer. Its going to take me several months building supports and tie downs to secure the helicopter in safely. I have spent all my fun money so their will be some recoup time as well. There will be some green involved for sure. Looking forward to seeing you all.

Yes I need some more Wolverine material to digitize to print decals. Any help would be appreciated and if I sale any, I will put the money into the Sun state Rotor club fund just like Jake did. You guys and Mentone are the only ones that have really supported me. I would also do the same for the Mentone club if they want. I'm not going to support the one who don't support me. You get one bad egg that makes 500 or so people look bad and somehow he still their hero.. Figure that one out!!

Thanks Chris, I wanted the gooseneck myself but my truck wouldn't handle that one just yet. I'll drive this truck for another year or less and upgrade it to one that will pull one.

The MH-1 is 7'-9 1/2" tall Nice, I am looking at having to cut my gear legs shorter on the Hornet so it can fit in a shipping container, I have found they make a high cube up to a 8'10" door, but when I called the place they wanted $6,700 for it. so I have some calls in found a place that can get me a 45' container for $2,900 delivered, but the guy wants to make sure he can get it with the size door opening I need. I like the fact the MH-1 can fit in an 8' tall door. that was something I liked about Scorpions, is they would go thru a normal garage door. how long is the MH-1 tip to tail?
