I have for years advocated a solution to the "immigration" issue but no one seems to think I am serious.
First all participants need to become members in the Screen Actors Guild.
Next use AMERICAN CITIZENS with passports to go down to mexico and pay coyotes to smuggle them in to states.
They wear a splatter pack special fx vest and at a predetermined time and place you have patriot types dressed as either country bumpkins OR marines fire blanks at them. They set off the splatter packs and "die" in a loud grotesque military manner.
Film the whole thing from US side and put on Youtube.
Spread word that Marines are shooting all illegals for sport.
I spoke with a lawyer once about my idea, he said if you filmed it and were registered actors only crime is crossing at a non designated border check, but for a
Citizen this is only a misdemeanor.
Still think it would work...not as good as the wall but probably more fun.

In Italy (my grand father was a legal italian migrant), in my family, they would tel me "you are italian" , and I would reply ... sorry lad, I don't feel italian at all .. I am a French man .. end of discussion ...

I know a liberal (in french we say socialist) couple.. they had been working in new york in a big company for 4 years... or five ..
with the 2008 downturn they were refused their green card renewal ... and replaced by two american workers ..

When I met them at a party, they told me their story ... everybody would say , it is a scandal etc etc ... and I told them ... Are you American ? they said no .. and then I said so shut off your fucking mouth , this is not your country so you have nothing to say ..

nasty people ... 4 years in the state and of course their children were going to a french school, they would spend all their week end and free time with french expats ... and of course they would speak badly about americans all the time ..

I hate immigrants .. except those who love my country and proove it !

back in times when the italians were comming in france , the "green card" validity was one year ... and every year the administration was checking the italian were behaving nicely, were married, were working , were not communists ...

out of 5 milions italian who came, 2 milions were rejected ..
