Is anyone aware or cares that Sun State Wing And Rotor Club is being dissolved? Due to low membership and no one to take over the presidents office. It's a shame that one of the largest clubs in the past is now defunct. Anyone want a thankless job?

I'm not sure that is accurate. There may be some issues, but I hadn't heard it was going that far. I'm still working to get the website back online. If that IS accurate, it would be good for someone to let me know.

What were the odds? It is not about being a thankless job.
We all know that.... the club is full of people who have lot of free time on their hands. Lots of retirees and just rich folks who don't hold a full time job. It would be nice for someone to step up and keep the thing going. Actually two people. President and a good secretary. I'd hate to see it go away.  _________________  A walk in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact that I am dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant! A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense. |

The gyro community is an awesome group and have full support for the next event. You can't always speculate or believe what you hear.
