I wanted to try a jump (with chute), but as soon as I had kids,
I discovered I didn't want that anymore. I call it responsibility and maturity

I understood that he did not have an emergency chute, and the event was almost cancelled because the sponsors wanted him to have a chute and he refused.

Well, his back looks awful flat... like the stunt men use on movies... like on James Bond (roger moore) when he and the guy with steel teeth (jaws) fell out of a plane with only one parachute.... the big guy ended up landing on a circus tent an lived

I could be wrong, but it sure looks like a bump in his suit similar to a stunt man chute?

I would say it is ILLEGAL to jump out of a plane without a chute... they wouldn't let him do it (sponsors) so he wore the concealed chute, with no intention of using it.... but at least he had it.... I bet if he wasn't going to make the target, he would have been glad to have it

I am not so sure this is real... you only see him touch down from the side and only for a split second... easily manipulated

I would like to have seen some more camera angles with no breaks in the video then I would believe it more... what do you reckon? Fake or real? Possible or not?

I am undecided based on the footage provided? Some video from land or a boat would be more convincing...





Edit: At the last seconds before touchdown there is some crazy editing... it goes from nearly on the water from the side, to looking down on him on approach again, to him nearly at the water again, to just looking down at 3 lights in the water to really blurry side on as he hits the water... to really clear as he slows down...... If it were real, they would just show it without the suspicious editing right at the crucial moments? Maybe he did do it and had to go to hospital, so all his celebrating at the end was filmed 6 weeks later when he got out of hospital after coming out of the coma?

I think fake.... His suit doesn't look to be puffed up with air, he doesn't appear to be going fast enough... I have seen some wing suit fly bys and they are going like rockets.... he might have been shot out of a cannon like at the side show... but a flying wing suit has form at the back, because of the air under it.... that had none. Just after the guy says 30 seconds to landing get ready to pause.... look at the weird editing? Suspicious??
