Just took these pics from my back door, then the kitchen window. The big one is the father, the next biggest is the mother. She has a baby in her pouch.... and a couple of their joeys from the last couple of years.... they don't even worry if I walk near them any more.... they used to take off..... now they just look like whatever I think the big boy knows he could beat the poop out of me anyway he has some biceps on him and a chest as wide as mine.... I wouldn't stand a chance..... they are all claws and daggers (their feet).... so they get my respect

Yeah Arnie, they just eat grass, but what makes them bad for farmers is they eat the grass, roots and all.... so where a cow or sheep eats the green blades of grass and the grass quickly re grows, Roo's eat it down so low, where they have been, there is often bare patches of dirt which takes forever to regrow (if at all) Yes, they sit back on their tails, grab with their front claws and hold on, then kick the poop out of each other. If they grab a human, they hold on and generally disembowel them with their back feet That is why the 'boxing Kangaroos' in the circus and stuff like that, the roos all had boxing gloves on so they couldn't hold on to their victim I have heard, not sure if it is true or a fable.... when the Europeans came to and saw roos, they thought they were giant rats or possums or something.... when asking the natives, they kept pointing at the roos and asking 'wtf is that!?' and the black fellas didn't know what the white guys were saying.... the black fellas were saying kangaroo or something similar so the white guys thought the black fellas were saying they were 'kangaroo' when in actual fact they were speaking amongst themselves saying what dicheads these white fellers were However, the name kangaroo got recorded and kept being used Like I said, not sure if it is true or not, but a good story

That gator could easily kill one of our big salty crocks..... When it choked on it as it swallowed the gator Nah, that's awesome... I bet you don't go and pat the gator? They tend to get a bit snappy
