Condolences to the family and friends.
Not a good year so far.

Condolences from me too.... always sad to loose a pilot :badluck

It is sad and a bit frustrating no one knows why it happened... hopefully the cause or likely cause will be found eventually... to maybe, hopefully help others from having the same tragic thing happen...

Thoughts to his family and loved ones.. :wol2 :Wolvie

Edit: It does say in that article that the FAA is investigating?

I am sorry to hear this, condolences to the family,

I doubt the FAA will do much since it was an "ultralight" but it would be nice to find out the cause.

It sounds like more than an engine out to me, but i was not there.
